Maureen Fazendeiro has studied Art, Literature and Cinema in Paris. In 2014, her first film, Motu Maeva, premiered at FID Marseille and received a prize at Doclisboa and at Brive, a festival of medium length film. Since 2016, she is working as scriptwriter for Miguel Gomes’ upcoming film, Selvajaria, and is preparing her first feature film, As Estações.
