The Last Name of John Cage

How many things can one imagine, feel, and how many times can one gain trust and lose trust, in only 4 minutes and 33 seconds? The Last Name of John Cage acts as a dialogue between the silence of the first lockdown and a loud inner tension.
Parallèlement à son travail de réalisatrice où elle expérimente le concept de “silence visuel”, Margaux Guillemard enseigne la théorie du cinéma. Elle a réalisé le court documentaire 26 rue Saint-Fargeau (2017). Elle a collaboré étroitement au film Lucky One (2019) aux côtés de la réalisatrice suédoise de cinéma expérimental Mia Engberg.
