2023 selection

The [Films en cours] award offers post-production support for first, second, and third feature films, dedicated to theatrical release (narrative, essay, documentary), towards the end of editing process.

Thanks to the commitment of our partners LA PUCE A L'OREILLE, STUDIO ORLANDO, LE GRAND ACTION and CINELI DIGITAL.

The winning film will be announced on November 26, during the Closing Ceremony.

The Gérard Frot-Coutaz Prize, under the patronage of the Fondation de France, rewards a first French fiction released during the year.

La Fabbrica - Robert Guédiguian

Social comedy, tragedy, historical film, melodrama, Robert Guédiguian has constantly renewed the form of his cinema, while remaining faithful to the themes of commitment, the collective and friendship, beautifully embodied by his favorite trio of actors. 

La Transversale - Tourism, travel clichés

The tourist in cinema, at times, clown, dreamer, exiled, in search of escape, meaning or rest, but also voyeur or destroyer crucially questions our relationship to the world and to the Other. 

GUEST OF HONOR - Nancy Savoca

Nancy Savoca is a unique voice of independent cinema. By inviting herself into households, she offers an intimate portrait of Italian New York that overturns the classic stories of American cinema and the codes of romantic comedy. 

Entrevues 2024: an invitation to travel

The chic and relaxed women filmed by Agnès Varda in her first documentary Du côté de la côte, under the sun of the Riviera, among the palm trees and the sparkling colors of the Mediterranean will be our guides for this 39th edition.
